Sinew terms of service
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between PJM Apps Ltd (company number SC893991, registered office 137 Dunbeath Drive, Glenrothes, Scotland, KY7 4PN) ("we") and the agency that installs Sinew ("you"). By installing Sinew from the HighLevel App Marketplace you agree to them on behalf of your agency.
1. What Sinew does
Sinew reads activity from the HighLevel sub-accounts you install it on, calculates a health score for each client, explains what is driving it, and, if you use them, writes call summaries and pre-call briefs. Scores and AI-written text are aids to judgement. They are estimates, not guarantees, and Sinew does not give medical, legal or financial advice.
2. Your account
- Sinew is installed and signed into through HighLevel. You are responsible for who in your agency has access to it there.
- You confirm you have the right to let Sinew read the sub-accounts you install it on, including any notice or consent your clients need from you (our privacy policy and DPA explain what Sinew reads and keeps).
- Sinew's pages are for agency staff. Do not give a client access to their own score unless you have decided to.
3. Plans and billing
- Sinew is free during the private beta. Before we charge anything we will give you at least 30 days' notice and the price.
- When paid plans start, prices will be shown in the HighLevel App Marketplace and billed by HighLevel on our behalf: a monthly base fee per agency plus a monthly fee per installed client sub-account. Your agency's own sub-account, which Sinew uses for client links and notes, counts as one sub-account.
- AI features include a fair-use allowance (currently 8 call summaries per client per month). Normal use stays well inside it; if an agency consistently goes over, we will contact you before limiting anything.
- Founding agencies (the first 10 to pay) keep the price they installed at for as long as they stay subscribed, and their first 3 months are free.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, which applies only from your next billing period after the notice ends.
- If payment fails, Sinew becomes read-only with a clear notice until it is resolved. Nothing is deleted for a missed payment until you uninstall.
4. Your data
- You own your data. We use it only to provide Sinew to you, as set out in our data processing agreement (DPA), which forms part of these terms.
- We do not sell your data, and neither we nor our AI provider use it to train AI models.
- We may use anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you, your clients or anyone else (for example "median reply time across all clinics") to improve Sinew's defaults.
5. AI-written content
Call summaries, follow-up email drafts and briefs are written by AI from your data. They can be wrong. Read them before relying on them or sending anything to a client. Sinew never sends an email to your clients on its own.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Sinew to break the law, to process data you have no right to, to try to access another agency's data, to probe or overload the service, or to copy it to build a competing product.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep Sinew available at all times but do not guarantee it. Support: support@usesinew.com, answered within 2 working days. Scheduled maintenance is announced in the app.
8. Ending
- You can stop at any time by uninstalling Sinew in HighLevel. Billing stops as HighLevel's billing rules provide.
- Uninstalling deletes your agency's data within 30 days, except billing records we must keep by law.
- We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms, after notice where the law and the situation allow.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for Sinew in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, clients or goodwill, or for decisions made using scores or AI-written content.
10. Changes to these terms
We will tell your account owner by email at least 30 days before a change that matters takes effect. Continuing to use Sinew after that means you accept the change.
11. Law
These terms are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
