Sinew sub-processors
Last updated: 22 October 2026. We announce changes to this list at least 30 days before they take effect, by email to each agency's account owner.
Sinew is run by PJM Apps Ltd. These are the companies that process personal data on our behalf to provide Sinew. Each is bound by a written agreement with data protection terms at least as strict as our DPA.

Services you connect yourself
These are not our sub-processors: you choose to connect them, and you have your own agreement with each.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector). Sinew runs inside HighLevel and reads from your account through HighLevel's API with the permissions you grant at install.
- Fathom (optional). If you connect Fathom, Sinew fetches transcripts of your recorded client calls to summarise them.
What never goes to any sub-processor
Personal data about your clients' leads, patients or customers is never stored by Sinew and never sent to Anthropic, Resend or Sentry by design. Sinew reads contacts, messages and appointments from HighLevel in memory and keeps only daily counts and timings. The one exception is a call transcript, which can mention a patient in passing: email addresses, phone and ID numbers and dates of birth are removed before it is sent to Anthropic to be summarised, the summary is written without patient names or health details, and the transcript is deleted. Anthropic processes transcripts under a Business Associate Agreement.
